At Exquisite Steam & Spa, we ship orders only within the 48 contiguous United States. This Shipping Policy explains shipping costs, order processing times, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities.


2. Shipping Costs

We do not offer free shipping.

Shipping charges are based on product category and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees apply per order unless otherwise stated

  • No free shipping promotions apply unless explicitly advertised

  • Oversized or specialty freight shipments may require additional charges, disclosed before purchase

  • Expedited shipping is not currently available


3. Shipping Destinations

Where We Ship

We ship only to:

We Do Not Ship To

❌ Alaska
❌ Hawaii
❌ U.S. Territories
❌ PO Boxes
❌ APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
❌ International destinations


4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

  • Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Transit: 3–6 business days

  • Estimated Total: 5–8 business days from order placement

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, freight scheduling, peak seasons, or rural delivery locations.


6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers and freight providers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • LTL freight carriers for large items

Carrier selection is automatic and cannot be chosen.


7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Direct tracking link

If tracking is not received within 3 business days, contact us at support@steamandspa.com.


8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed Packages

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact:

8.2 Marked Delivered But Not Received

Check your property, neighbors, building management, and carrier records. Contact us within 48 hours if unresolved.


8.3 Damaged Shipments

Report damage within 3 business days of delivery with photos and order details.

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Partial refund


9. Missing Items

Contact us within 3 business days with:

  • Order number

  • Missing items

  • Packing slip photo (if available)


10. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Returned packages may result in:

  • Reshipment fees

  • 15% restocking fee


11. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Returned shipments may be refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.


12. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Expect delays during high-volume periods.

Orders are not processed on federal holidays.


13. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Shipped orders must follow the Return Policy.


14. Return & Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery with approval.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Customers pay return shipping unless defective or incorrect.

15. Backorders

Customers will be notified of delays and may:

  • Wait for restock

  • Receive a refund

  • Substitute with a similar product


16. Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.


17. Insurance

All shipments are insured for full value.

Claims are handled by us with the carrier at no cost to customers.
